How do I pay for my stay?

Stay can be paid with a prepayment invoice before your arrival. After booking, the invoice will be made by our reservation department.
Another way of payment is to pay directly at the hotel by cash or by credit card.

Is it possible to park at the hotel?

Part of our hotel complex is a car park with a capacity of 140 parking spaces. Parking is free of charge for all hotel guests.

Where can I park my car if I’m staying in a hotel and the car park is full?

 You can park in public parking spaces, which are approximately 50 m from the hotel. Public car parks are, however, paid. The price is about 10, -Eur / day.

Is possible to charge my car somehwere near hotel?

Yes, we have charger for electric car in the parking lot.

Is it possible to take a dog or a cat for a stay?

Accommodation in a hotel with pets is possible for a fee of 40 € / night. Fee covers increased cleaning costs and more.

Can we release the room after the 11th hour?

Yes, late check-out is possible in agreement with the reception during the stay, depending on the following reservations. Late check-out fee is 35 €.

What are the dining options at your hotel?

Half board (breakfast + dinner) is included in all packages. Directly in the hotel there is also a À la carte VISTA – Slovak Restaurant open daily from 11: 00-22: 00.

What options I have when choosing a room?

There are possible in standard double, triple or family rooms. All rooms overlooking to Poprad have a balcony and the rooms overlooking to the Tatras are without balconies. Your requests for a specific room (with or without a balcony) will be accommodated, but sometimes it does not allow the hotel’s occupancy. There is no extra charge for the room with a balcony or a view of the Tatras.

Stay in the apartment is charged 80 € / night, in De Luxe apartment 150 € / night. 

When is the night bar open?

The night bar is open on selected days from 10:00 pm to 02:00 am.

How big is the pool, and what is the water temperature in the pool? Is it possible to order a mixed drink at the pool?

The pool is 20 m long. The temperature in the swimming pool is 28 degrees. You can buy a drink by the pool in the Aqua bar.

Is there a children’s pool in the hotel?

Yes, we have two children’s pools. The water temperature in these pools is 32 degrees.

Is there a children playground in the hotel?

Yes, it is available to hotel guests during all holidays and selected weekends. Equipped with toys, during the holidays a program provided by animators. In the summer, guests can use the outdoor children’s playground, which is located under the hotel.

Where can I smoke in the hotel?

The hotel can be smoked at the Havana Lounge – a smoker’s lounger next to the VISTA – Slovak Restaurant.

Is it possible to order breakfast, dinner or drink in the room?

No, there is no room service in the hotel.
